Innovative Membrane Roof Structures for Paddle Courts

Bringing together cutting-edge design and premium materials, AMA member companies are proud to showcase a series of paddle court roofing projects across Spain—delivering both functionality and architectural elegance.

These membrane-covered roof structures range in size from compact layouts to expansive 800 m² installations, meeting a wide variety of client needs. With a minimum height of 6 meters and a soaring central height of 11 meters, they provide the perfect balance of space, airflow, and visual appeal.

At the heart of this innovation is Valmex Mehatop Type II PVC membrane (900 g/m²), supplied by MehlerHeytex, ensuring superior durability, UV resistance, and long-term performance.

This initiative is a testament to the collaborative strength of AMA:

  • CARPATEC leads the project with expertise in design, structural engineering, manufacturing, and installation.

  • MehlerHeytex provides top-tier membrane technology, trusted across Europe.

Together, they are redefining standards in sports infrastructure—proving what’s possible when world-class design meets smart collaboration.
